NEXGO Konect Terms of Use

The agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and NEXGO Konect Private Limited ("NEXGO", "we", "us"), a company registered in India with its office in Bengaluru. They apply when you use our WhatsApp booking number +91 7019136602, our website nexgo.co.in, or ride in a NEXGO shuttle.

You accept these Terms by tapping "I Agree" during WhatsApp signup or by paying for a pass. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.

Who can use NEXGO. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law. A parent or legal guardian may register a rider under 18 and accepts these Terms on their behalf. Each account is for one named rider.

What NEXGO is

NEXGO runs fixed-route, fixed-timing shared shuttles between residential communities or workplaces and metro stations in Bengaluru, on a subscription pass.

Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7 working days.

Riding rules

The full skip, freeze and no-show rules are in the NEXGO Ride Policy, sent to you at signup and available on request. In short:

  1. Be at your boarding point by the scheduled time. The van waits up to 2 minutes, then leaves to keep everyone else on time. If you are not there, the driver or our team may call you on your registered number.
  2. Show your boarding code to the driver each trip. No valid code, no boarding.
  3. Check before you board. Check the van number and driver details we send you. If they don't match, don't board, and contact us using the details under Complaints and contact.
  4. Skip a trip by telling us before 9 PM the day before in WhatsApp. Missing a trip without skipping counts as a no-show.
  5. Freeze your pass for planned absences, within the limits in the Ride Policy.
  6. Repeated no-shows may lead to a warning, then suspension of your pass.

On board, you agree to: wear a seatbelt where fitted, treat the driver and other riders with respect, not smoke, drink alcohol or use drugs, not carry anything dangerous or illegal, not photograph, record or share other riders' details or chats, and keep luggage to what fits on your lap or under your seat. We may refuse or end the ride of anyone who breaks these rules, without refund.

Safety, delays and changes

SOS. Use the SOS option in WhatsApp only for genuine emergencies. Our team responds and may contact police, medical services or your emergency contact. SOS is not a replacement for emergency services. In an emergency, call 112 first. Misusing SOS may lead to suspension.

Delays. We aim to run on time, but Bengaluru traffic, weather, road closures, metro disruptions, protests and vehicle breakdowns can cause delays. We will tell you in WhatsApp as soon as we know. If a van breaks down, we arrange a replacement or tell you to make other plans.

Changes. We may change routes, boarding points or timings with at least 7 days' notice, except in emergencies. If a change makes the service unusable for you, you can cancel and get a pro rata refund for the unused period.

Things outside our control. We are not responsible for failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as natural disasters, floods, strikes, government orders or public emergencies.

Responsibility. Partner operators are responsible for their vehicles, drivers, permits and insurance, including passenger cover required by law. NEXGO is responsible for running the booking service with reasonable care and skill.

Limit. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to death or injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not let us limit. Nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for losses directly caused by your fraud, misuse or deliberate breach of these Terms.

Suspension. We may suspend or end your pass for fraud, sharing your seat or code, abusive behaviour, repeated no-shows, or SOS misuse. We will tell you why and refund any unused period, except where you broke these Terms.

Our name and content. The NEXGO name, logo, routes, messages and materials belong to us. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Changes to these Terms. We will message you in WhatsApp at least 7 days before material changes take effect. If you keep riding after that, the new Terms apply. The Terms in force when you bought your pass apply to that pass, except changes required by law or for safety.

If one clause is invalid, the rest of these Terms still apply.

Law and courts. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
